the family atmosphere is something I've never seen before in this industry. it is the true definition of one for all, all for one. Leadership and our team show up everyday with smiles on their faces and willing to help however needed, even in our personal lives. Plus the money is good too :)

Pay well considering the surrounding market

Cons

Self centered owner, loves AI for everything. Growing too fast, not caring enough to install systems that lead to success. Ok with being effective not efficient. Zero support, too many apps to do a single task, new restaurant openings are full of broken hand me down equipment(side effect of growing too fast) their maintenance team on multiple occasions they have been reported to management for weird behavior, One time they (maintenance worker) were sending unwanted texts to the host, and she made a complaint and nothing was done. Rude FOH management. They lack the ability to hold responsible parties accountable. You can work 65 hrs a week and they'll still act like you dont work enough
