Pros
The company gives the autonomy to determine your own schedule and handle the tasks at your own pace. It is results-oriented rather than the number of hours logged. Definitely a remote-first company. A great choice for the ones who prioritizes work-life balance and autonomy at work.
Cons
The company has an office in Ankara, Turkey as well. In Ankara, they work at a huge co-working space building. The noise level of this space is good most of time (I mean, you feel like in library) but it needs a better internet service definitely. The company needs to either move to a private office in the same building or move out to another office place!
