Work with big name companies, meet LOTS of people (often performers) who work on different promotions.

Co-founders operate the company remotely, so nearly all interaction was virtual. I wished there had been more in-person opportunities to work with the execs.

The management sometimes also promotes in the street, so they understand all you go through. They're overall friendly, and some have been working there for years and years. So as a newcomer I felt out of the loop because I was new. the costumes are also really pretty, and sometimes as a reward, they take you to see the shows you're promoting for free. overall, really welcoming and nice environment.

The character shoes are killer!! standing up for that many hours, walking from times square to the base, dealing with creeps in the street at times, makes this a very strenuous job. This job really takes a toll on your body, I worked in the summer and I had aches all over, my feet hated me, along with everything else. only do it if you can handle that, as well as stay pleasant and can smile all day.
