Exposure to major clients and fully remote work is possible. Great corporate culture.
Cons
Limited chances for professional development and cross-training to acquire new skills. The inflexible structure restricts the ability to transition between different work areas or departments.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review, we really appreciate your feedback. We are very open to employees transitioning between departments. If you are keen to take a different direction with your career please do come and chat to one of the People team who can explore with you what options might be available.
You'll never find lovelier colleagues. Everyone is always willing to help one another out, to hop on a call and hash something out-- you don't feel like there's a gross hierarchy to navigate. Everyone is passionate about what they do and it shows by the great work the teams produce. Work life balance is truly respected.
Cons
Doesn't always feel like there's a stable "process" for how things are done. With a company that prides itself on flexibility/adaptability (which is generally awesome), it can be hard for employees to keep up with how we're doing things "now".
