Pros

Meeting a lot of clients - you get to network if you'd like.

Cons

Management is absolutely horrible and does not care about the "employee you" as they claim they do. Too busy minding your personal business to care about your work performance. Salary was very sad for the amount of responsibility and work you have, and I have been told off for discussing salary with other employees - hint, no one's paid the same and it's not based on experience/performance. Terrible office politics, toxic work environment. Vacation days were respected but holidays are a draw of luck.

Pros

I really don't know what to say. I'd say that you can learn some new things after which you can feel free to just quit. You'll probably meet some cool people and create a friendship or two.

Cons

Unsatisfactory salaries and unpredictable and unprofessional work environment, all thanks to the high management. Expect to get fired one day out of the blue, the same day you come to work. They keep you in the dark and just throw the info that you need to leave the premises because you're fired. It does not matter how long you've worked for them, expect this same inhumane treatment. Expect a lot of gossiping and throwing under the bus. Some egos in this company are HUGE so thread carefully about what you say and to whom you say it. This company is not about substance but about appearance.
