Pros
- Great workplace

- Young and active staff (Most people are definitely under 30)
- International environment
- Fast-moving, ie. once you get suggestions going they are implemented quickly
Cons
- Target-driven. You have a daily and monthly target, and these are public (they are shown on large screens across the office). It's not an issue for me personally, and nobody will bother you about it, but if you're not comfortable with this you'll struggle
- High tempo. Definitely not a normal sales job, for good and bad. It's a lot of fun, but it requires a lot of effort
- Sales culture. For some people this will be a positive, but there is a high focus on performing well.
