As with everything in life, there are always areas of improvement, but I've been here for less than a year and so far, nothing to point out

close knit team, high autonomy, good office culture and setting

disconnection with senior leadership, lack of flexibility, unrealistic targets, internal politics / authority conflicts, sales heavy with the primary goal to just relentlessly secure revenue
