Pros

Cool Product with some roles that are Remote Friendly

Cons

Leadership or ELT as they like to say, works in lockstep with one another. Communication is horrible, and getting worse by the Day. New members of leadership have zero experience in the roles that they are doing and are complete bullies. Leadership will lie continuously and only care about themselves. Lots of turnover in the last six months. All the open roles are backfills from folks that have left the company. The culture of this company is so toxic, all because of extremely poor leadership at the Executive Level. The COO and VP of Software and Hardware are good people, but everyone else on Executive Team is really bad. The Recruiting and People team will make promises about an amazing Culture and Future for the company that is simply completely untrue, and Director of Talent who sold me on the company left as well as the Manager or People Operations, which really made me feel like they were dishonest people. All in all I can't say anything positive about Agility or the future of this company.

Pros

The work is very interesting. Its an opportunity to be as hands-on as you desire and learn so much from very talented roboticists. Lot of hiring going on and the new set of leaders all come with good industry experience and are setting up solid process. Though it might take some time to stand it up and start benefiting from it.

Cons

Usual growth pains of a company this size. Very complex technilogy and not too many people know the robot end to end. so the same set of engineers get pulled in for debugging.
