Pros

Wouldn't be writing a review If I could find any.

Cons

Where do I start: 1. Non professional attitude. 2. Politics. 3. Lies and delusions. 4. Over commitment with clients. 5. Treating employees like slaves. 6. Insulting employees in front of every one. 7. Blaming employees for every loss in the project. 8. Pressurizing employees to handle multiple projects at the same time without any mistakes and 100% perfection in each. 9. Cheap mentality. 10. Bias towards the female gender(unnecessary benefits and comfort for female employees). 11. Upper management's male employees are perverts.

Pros

Can't think of any possible pros

Cons

There are probably more cons than in any of the company that I have worked for. Biggest cons are: - The pay is really low for a tech graduate and good for nothing benefits - No growth - Very small dingy office - And above all the founders of the company are super-toxic,All they do is insult, bash, yell at employees in their so-called reviews, The cause mental durress to the point of mental break-down, someone needs to sue them for treating employee like slaves - Extreme favortisim, merit is not regarded or rewarded

Pros

The best thing about this company is its flexible timings. As long as you complete your work hours, there's no strict enforcement on when you arrive. Coming an hour or two late isn’t a big deal, which makes work-life balance much easier. The leadership team (CEO, COO, and CTO) is highly knowledgeable and actively guides employees while instilling a sense of discipline. The overall work environment is chill and friendly, where everyone is open to discussions. Additionally, this company is particularly very generous for female employees—they can easily take work-from-home (WFH) days or leaves, and their workload is generally lighter compared to the counterparts.

Cons

However, there are several downsides. The company avoids engaging in team activities—playing indoor games during breaks is discouraged, as they believe it affects productivity. Even when events or celebrations are planned, they usually take place on weekends or after work hours, meaning employees rarely get a proper break from work. While learning opportunities exist, the technology stack is outdated. Many QAs still rely on manual testing, and the company uses a deployed version of Git with limited features, lacking essential tools. Some teams even use Google Sheets for task and bug management instead of industry-standard tools like Jira. Another major issue is unrealistic deadlines, which often feel impossible to meet. Additionally, the pay scale and evaluation system are not great—senior employees do not receive proper recognition or rewards, making this company more suitable for juniors and fresh graduates rather than those seeking long-term career growth.
