Decent HR Team, great staff overall and super facilities which are well-invested in. Backing of the Sytner Group.

Management very heavily relies on the 'old boy network' - i.e. very difficult for anyone else outside the inner circle to break in. Mostly the senior roles are not advertised and they simply slide someone in who is earmarked for it. Also, there are people in very senior roles within the company who do not have the skills that would justify such a role.
