      > Management expects 14 hours work daily > Company can go down any time. They are just group of free lancers. > Micro Management and ask status every hour > Founders expect you to come on Saturday whereas they enjoy 5 day week > Yearly Increment in single digit. > Don't expect CTC to be more than 3L > Founders are just college pass out with zero professional behavior
