I have been working at for a year now, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. From the top-down, the leadership team is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. They truly value their employees and invest in their growth and development. Aidaptive is a fast-paced and dynamic workplace, which many not be suitable for individuals who prefer a slower-paced environment.

We have a ton of talent here and so much potential. For current early stage of company, we have awesome leading indicators. Lots of ownership and impact in everything you do. Moves fast and team is fun and likes to joke around. :)

Still working on figuring everything out, small team so it's all hands on deck. Fully distributed across 5 timezones since founding is fun - but means we have to work a bit harder to keep the culture and communication moving!
