      Star team members in all positions and teams Product with true and tremendous value to the medical world, receiving daily feedback from customers on our impact Highly complex problems, especially around scaling both the services and the algorithms and data Really considerate in areas of work life balance

      The salary is good but not among the highest in the market. They look for people who value both the options (which are indeed valuable) as well as the very strong environment and product

      PTO Impactful annual company trip Benefits The idea and product is there Market leaders (makes everyone’s job essentially that much easier) 401 match Great internal crm/resources for marketing and commercial

      Cons

      Lots of layoffs with no real explanation No Structure (extra disorganized, no real alignment or goal) No Transparency (laying people off for essentially no reason) Low Pay (no standard of living raise) Lack of growth (especially in marketing/GTM) Heavy favoritism for a handful of people (always promoted over people who actually deserve it) Leadership is crumbling (no real accountability for the last few months of reorganization)
