      Pros

      The product is second to none, real clinical impact with breakthrough technology. Actually delivers on promises and the people cares deeply about their clients. People are super smart but still kind and welcoming. I'm pretty new, and everyone I met so far was happy to take the time and explain things to me Values are simple and to the point, and people really seem to live by them

      Cons

      There is SO MUCH to learn, it can get overwhelming. More time to onboard and maybe more direction would help.

      PTO Impactful annual company trip Benefits The idea and product is there Market leaders (makes everyone’s job essentially that much easier) 401 match Great internal crm/resources for marketing and commercial

      Cons

      Lots of layoffs with no real explanation No Structure (extra disorganized, no real alignment or goal) No Transparency (laying people off for essentially no reason) Low Pay (no standard of living raise) Lack of growth (especially in marketing/GTM) Heavy favoritism for a handful of people (always promoted over people who actually deserve it) Leadership is crumbling (no real accountability for the last few months of reorganization)
