Pros

My onboarding experience at aiimi has been really positive. There’s a clear, well thought out framework and structure that helps you get up to speed without feeling overwhelmed. The people are genuinely welcoming, supportive, and clearly passionate about innovation, which makes it easy to settle in and start contributing. aiimi works with a great range of customers, and being part of a large enough organisation means there’s real diversity in the projects you can get involved in. That variety makes the work interesting and provides strong opportunities for learning and growth. Overall, a great place to start and build momentum early on.

Cons

Due to the diversity of projects, the pace can be fast, and there’s a lot to learn early on

Pros

Working in an exciting space within technology. Great office space, with good equipment, meeting room set up, free snacks. Good bunch of people, very supportive colleagues and a transparent senior management team. A good split of remote working opportunity and opportunity to collaborate with people in the office day to day and through monthly team meetings.

Cons

With a company of this size, it's not always immediately visible what the next step up is.

Pros

Few and far between. Namely the people on the ground, if you find a good egg they are really good. Marketing know their stuff and produce brilliant content time and time again.

Cons

Literally everything else. The existing bad reviews say it all. Whatever you are imagining, its ten times worse. They have zero care for anyone on the ground and there is a MASSIVE culture of favouritism. If you aren't in the inner circle expect to be treated like an object. They will pick you up, promise the world and then drop you and forget it all as soon as it is convenient. The general attitude is 'make as much money as possible, or else', nothing is every good enough for them and no amount of good will, overtime or tenure will save you if they decide they're finished with you. I cannot put into words how badly myself and my closest colleagues have been treated over the course of our employments but know that if I could go back to the day I applied for this job, I would sooner have run as far in the opposite direction as possible.
