Not the worst company, but not good - Software Engineer Air Asia Employee Review

- For most teams the work load is high - Some employees doing almost nothing and still getting paid - Huge company with a lot of politics - No Increments and bonuses (Nothing to worth mentioning at least) - A lot of decisions taken without proper analysis and preparation, so no efficiency - Management have no clear direction or strategy, all of the higher management are non tech people trying to extract any profit from a tech product without any qualification for their roles.
