      Industry leader in climate control systems for helicopters and small fixed wing aircraft. Lots of experienced personnel who have been around a long time, and know what they are doing.

      Cons

      They have been successful in the past, and therefore seem to not want to update, or see the need to update engineering processes and techniques.
