      Free meals A lot to learn due to a lot to fix

      IT management without a real north IT director from age of stone IT coordinator and manager, simple puppets with lack of vision Unexistant feedback and they fire you with no previous advise

      Pros

      Great leaders in the finance team with long term vision and respect/consideration for employees of all levels. Paid health and dental insurance. Generous paid sick days and end of year bonus that stuff up salary total.

      Cons

      Low priority in ZED traveling so high risk of getting bumped off flight.
