      1. They provide the adequate training for you to start 2. You can earn as much as you want through commissions. Plus there is a basic salary.

      Cons

      1. It can lead to burnout especially when you are not booking enough trial reservations to make a sale. 2. If you lack metal resilience, it's not the job for you.

      Flexible hours, can manage with other jobs

      Cons

      No consistent classes. If someone else book the lessons first then you just need to wait a long time before more classes are available. Irregular and minimum wage.
