Opportunities for personal growth but will not necessarily translate to career growth. There seems to be fair bit of bias towards who gets a promotion and when The compensation is kinda poor. With aggressive work the company needs to catchup with the other players who offer a much better reward for same effort. No rewards/perks other than salary Work life balance is not why you would join this company Most of the team members are in a burnt out state due to company’s attitude of observing each and every thing employee does which keeps them on their toes always.
