When negotiating my position during the interview, I said I wanted to do it all. I ended up getting to, after all. Backend and frontend. I was all over the place, and it was great.

It's a startup company. Not a con for me, but could be for some.

I feel well taken care of. - An ambitious mission that’s well-articulated: To empower companies to build experiences people love. - Incredibly talented teammates, many of whom have multiple under their belt - Empowering leadership, not a place where you’ll be micromanaged - Culture and value are actively invested in. You see it, you don’t have to be told about it. - Team events every month, weekly demos where everyone shares what they’re working on

- Hours can be a little long, but it’s an enjoyable group to spend a lot of time with. Plus, management makes sure that after a big push people take time off to recharge.
