Team experience says it all! - Director of Operations Airzai Employee Review

I joined Airzai primarily because I love the smart home and IoT space. I think it's the future and when I met the co-founders for the interview, I knew they are the right people to make a dent in this space. I am glad to have joined at such an early stage (joined almost a year ago). The team is small but consists of incredible and experienced people. There is no “young startup bros” mentality here as everyone in the company has at least 10+ years experience and I get to learn something new everyday. One of the other things I enjoy at airzai is the office as there is an onsite gym where I can workout whenever I like and the space is huge and right in downtown core.

Hours can be long and exhausting. But I guess its expected when investing and launching a new product. Hoping the team grows faster so they can take some of the work load off our plate!

Muneeb and Nabeel, who are the co-founders, are very passionate and are dedicated to the success of their company and their staff. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, but overall it’s been a great experience. I wear multiple hats but that is required with the type of role I have. Just as I joined we were moving into our downtown office that has fantastic views and great amenities opening in the next year. It’s a fun place to work, we celebrate holiday’s and birthday’s together and even manage to fit in the odd game of ping pong on our board room table!!
