It’s honestly heartbreaking how fast things have gone downhill at Aitia. Last year we were crushing it — real sales momentum, great energy across teams, and a feeling that we were building something special. Now, we’ve got zero sales this year (10 months in!) and no clear plan for how to fix it. Since our former head of sales left, everything has unraveled. The 'big time' chairman (who the CEO said was going to save the company) quit — along with most of the Board — and it feels like nobody is steering the ship anymore. Communication from leadership is almost nonexistent. To top it off, we only got a partial 2023 bonus payment, more than a year late. After working through an intense year, that was a real slap in the face. Most people who are still here care deeply about the science and each other, but morale is at rock bottom. It’s painful to watch so many good people give their best while leadership fumbles every decision.
