Pros

The founders are brilliant with extensive life science experience and knowledge

Cons

It’s all a farce. Aizon has destroyed its credibility with multiple mass layoffs over the past year+. The CTO and now interim CEO is a coward and a liar. He claimed he was dedicated to “transparency and respect” and then proceeded to have waves of layoffs over 3 weeks. He has no idea how to run a business. His previous endeavor was much the same small-minded management. The CFO is inexperienced and has too much power. He has no clue how to manage a global corporation. The founders are so sensitive they ousted an experienced, successful CEO because their feelings were hurt. The fact of the matter is the original founders are greedy, small-minded individuals that only care about money and are selling to the highest bidder in the near future. All applicants, partners, and prospective customers are on notice.

Pros

Very knowledgeable employees, brilliant founders, and good product. Very good company culture except for what is mentioned below. Can't seem to keep up with implementing the past paced changing tech into the product.

Cons

Hired during a high growth phase backed by the board. Within 2 months, most employees hired during this time were let go and the CEO was fired. The interim CEO assured the remaining "skeleton crew" directly after the first layoff that we had two years to make our impact. This lasted less than 6 months of penny pinching weekly before the remaining US team was let go. Upper Management does not seem to know what they are doing.
