Pros
I could work for them as a student with other student. My team leader was great and so supportive and even though the job is spread out across different cities in sweden they still made us feel like we were all a team.
Cons
Can't think of any big ones. For me personally I got the job right before covid so only con was that I didn't get to do the usual on site activities that the job is usually based on. But that was out of my employers control.
