      Cons

      No respect for tenants whatsoever. Apartment buildings are filthier and filthier. Tenants complain to deaf ears. If it's got a live-in caretaker, then it's worse as they get paid to sleep. Also, they cut corners in remodeling and repair work. Stay away.

      Beautiful Offices Professional Environment Biennial Trip for Educational purposes, culture and cross- collaboration with international colleagues and management. Enjoyed the culture. Some teams are truly united and work very well together.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth - especially at corporate There is no stability - they shift strategy every few years which may lead to layoffs and other unpredictable changes. Leadership does not value employees or hire individuals that truly make an impact.
