      Pros

      Smart & nice team. Good benefits. Friendly group and Great Culture. My experience is positive so far so I would recommend working at Akerna to anyone. Work mode is flexible.

      Pros

      Communication, mentorship, and a great team are all great aspects about working here. Personally, my favorite thing is the flexibility- I really appreciate knowing that I can take a midday appointment or pick up my kid from school when I need to. The unlimited PTO is also a huge plus.

      Cons

      It’s a quickly growing company, so naturally that comes with some growing pains. But on the same note, leadership has really put in the work to make sure things go smoother with each “growth spurt” we have.
