      Pros

      My co-workers were great and supportive. Remote work. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Their products don’t work and they don’t have a product roadmap. There is a lack of transparency and strategic vision. Everything is about the “next shiny object.” There is no budget for anything and the company is sinking. Terrible culture - so much drama.

      Pros

      Communication, mentorship, and a great team are all great aspects about working here. Personally, my favorite thing is the flexibility- I really appreciate knowing that I can take a midday appointment or pick up my kid from school when I need to. The unlimited PTO is also a huge plus.

      Cons

      It’s a quickly growing company, so naturally that comes with some growing pains. But on the same note, leadership has really put in the work to make sure things go smoother with each “growth spurt” we have.
