      Honored our original employment agreements when they bought our company.

      Cons

      Dangled the carrot of a 4-day work week in and never implemented it Poor communication Draconian policies and procedures Not interested in improving Told us they were severely cutting our benefits after joining, then backpedaled and kept what we originally had. Reset the timer on our eligibility for bonuses.

      Pros

      Communication, mentorship, and a great team are all great aspects about working here. Personally, my favorite thing is the flexibility- I really appreciate knowing that I can take a midday appointment or pick up my kid from school when I need to. The unlimited PTO is also a huge plus.

      Cons

      It’s a quickly growing company, so naturally that comes with some growing pains. But on the same note, leadership has really put in the work to make sure things go smoother with each “growth spurt” we have.
