Where do I even begin? There is no custodian, so bathrooms are constantly disgusting. No soap. No toilet paper. Floors and toilets and "kitchen area" are always dirty unless they convince one of the factory workers to go clean them all. Fridge always has spoiled food in it, even after they started "cleaning it out each friday". If it's 20 degrees or 20 below zero, they don't care. The heat will barely and never be on. It's normal to see coats to be worn inside while working. Sure there were donut days (didn't last long) and are occasional cakes for people's birthdays, but in general "bosses" and owners could care less about you. They make that very clear through turnover, lack of cleanliness, warmth and complete lack of communication. Assignments are always a big question mark for due dates and even who is taking lead on each one. Forget fair compensation, raises and definitely bonuses. Not going to happen. Little to no growth or even respect here. Terrible management.
