      Good balance between work life and Personal Life. Very good salaries and lots of holidays.

      Cons

      Lots of ongoing restructuration currently, going back to previous ways of working, huge focus on margin improvement and cost savings only, feels like there is no long-term strategic direction from higher management.

      Great standard continuous improvement 'package' that provided a consistent approach at all AN sites.

      Cons

      None. It was a great experience. Lot of travel, but well worth it.
