1) (AAE) Emphasizing the company's long-standing reputation and experience in the engineering sector. It has received notable projects & achievements that showcase their expertise. 2) It has sub division/Sister companies like Concrete plants, Aluminum factory, Carpentry division etc. 3) It Pays the employees on time. Not once in 5 years of my service have I experienced payment delay. 4) The management gives equal opportunity for all to grow and give your best.

1) There are no increment policy on fair grounds, 2) There is no technical training/skills development program for Staff members apart from Safety Trainings which is a must for any given Construction Sites.
