      No room to calm down & relax, you need to continuously deal with huge challenges thrown at you in day to day operations to seek growth & success. work always keeps you on your nerves being one of the most diversified environment to work with.

      Really helpful team. Everybody backs you up.

      Cons

      You are basically working for the owner himself. Its him after everything. Customers is probably tertiary. Kind of like hereditary management excluding owner so pretty much if one of them dont like you, then the whole of them dont like you. Dont expect any salary hikes. Also forget your family. work is primary.
