      Detailed working may not be needed every time but this make me more comfortable with working of values and analysis

      High pressure environment. Who your manager is can make a lot of difference.

      Pros

      Really helpful team. Everybody backs you up.

      Cons

      You are basically working for the owner himself. Its him after everything. Customers is probably tertiary. Kind of like hereditary management excluding owner so pretty much if one of them dont like you, then the whole of them dont like you. Dont expect any salary hikes. Also forget your family. work is primary.
