1. Salaries not as per the market. They offer pay which are the lowest in the market.
2. No career growth. There were employees stuck with minimal to no growth in the company since 10 years or more.
3. Very less to no bonuses.
4. Lack of foresightedness of the top management.
5. The top management does not make any efforts for employee retention.
6. Too much micromanagement by the managers.
7. The managers does not know how to build a team.
8. Too much work pressure on the individual contributors.
9. No clear growth hierarchies in the group departments.
10. Departments are very top heavy, leaving nothing for the mid level (Benefits wise)
