Too many “cooks in the kitchen” - Executive Director, Non-Profit Alabama Environmental Council Employee Review

Focused on history and not present action making it difficult for an ED to accomplish anything. Executive committee lacked transparency with other board members and the public resulting in loss of most any new board members and funding. Super small staff of 2 for a statewide organization needed help from the board, as the organizations supposed biggest ambassadors, to grow and staff made a simplified system and training for the board to help but no go.
