Boss is flexible on hours required to work. No pressure because of no quotas to meet.
Cons
Commission & pay structure was fantastic to start out with: however, boss reduced my commission percentage saying that he had not figured his overhead on me as an employee. (He's also an accountant, so I thought this rather odd.) He also reduced the time he was available to run appointments I'd set for him by 40% (went from 5 days to 3). He also would call ahead on my very qualified appointments, and then cancel the appointment saying "That wasn't a good appointment". I then received calls in from appointments I'd set that he said "weren't qualified". They were asking the status of their website design. The boss had actually sold them and told me he didn't. That's when I left the company.
