      Pros

      Remote working as they dint have offices and they pretend tk have a head quarters in Palo Alto but infact they just rent a mailbox there for deception.

      Cons

      They don't care about employees and the minute. Alot of shady deals and they used pirated software. No benefits and never salary ncreases

      1.Leadership actually understands the technical work 2.Real security engagements, not checkbox compliance audits 3.Small enough to have direct impact, big enough to land serious clients 4.Growth trajectory is real with new service lines being built out 5.Culture respects practitioners over politics

      Cons

      1.Small company means you wear a lot of hats, which isn't for everyone 2.Fast growth can mean processes are still catching up 3.Limited brand recognition outside the partner ecosystem 4.Benefits and perks don't match Big 4 or FAANG scale
