      I don't have any positive things to say about the company

      Cons

      - They hire you for a management position and then put you in a field associate position - No paid training!! They say that there is paid training but there isn't - There is no hourly pay, they only pay you commission - Very unorganised - What I was taught in training, I was told in the field that it's wrong - Very Misleading

      Pros

      Great sales experience and very high earning potential. I was lucky enough to be apart of an awesome team who provided daily training. Very laid back and family oriented office, great experience.

      Cons

      100% Commission and weird hours. Worked from 2-9pm a day Monday through Saturday. Will be asked to leave if not able to sell in a certain time frame.
