Great company to work for. The HR Manager is the best.

I have no cons to list.

They have a program that allows accumulation of bonuses every year. They also give us Christmas bonuses as well. Great relationship with our warehouse workers.

Sadly to say but there is no place for advancement in the company. Due to the companies management being all family. Very stressful environment and unprofessional harassment. Would really like the support from our headquarters branch to help support those who are being mistreated. Our San Diego branch has already had a termination of a supervisor. Due to allowed abbussive behavior and unprofessional terminations of innocent workers.
