Pros

Working with Albert Invent has been nothing short of inspiring. This team is composed of extraordinarily bright and dedicated individuals — smart teammates who consistently bring their A game. They embrace the mission wholeheartedly, demonstrating day in and day out that they’re not just building a product, but driving a transformation in how chemistry and materials science get done. Everyone wants to help: help each other and help customers. What truly impresses me is how quickly wet continue to evolve. In just over a year, we've secured substantial funding led by Coatue to a growth round valuing the company at $270M led by JPMorgan—fueling rapid expansion across the entire business with very large growth in engineering, commercial, and delivery functions. As the company evolves, it provides a huge opportunity to learn new business approaches. Albert Invent doesn’t just talk about evolution—they live it. Their trajectory from stealth development to emerging as a go-to platform for global R&D teams shows how fast they iterate and improve

Cons

We really need to be intentional to focus, there is so much potential, and a lot to get done. Its not really a con, but we all have to be intentional to proactively define priorities.
