      1. You can work remotely if you want. 2. You can choose the area of your responsibilities. 3. The working hours are flexible. 4. There is no strict control as long as the projects are done in time and the clients are happy. 5. There are great people who can always help if you face any difficulties. 6. There is always room for innovation and experiments.

      If you work remotely sometimes you can feel lonely.

      Pros

      All colleagues are friendly and love to help each others. The managerment are nice and respect our opinion, encourage me to test my thinking. I can do the things which I think you should do on my position. Besides, I can enjoy your work life balance here. They don't require solid working time, it's flexible.

      Cons

      Due to colleagues working in different areas of the world, there are time differences. Then sometimes receiving responses may be slow.
