1. As a startup it always has pressure of working. 2. One needs to play many roles like developer and DevOps. 3. Maintain lack of standards. 4. Lack to enthusiasm for testing. 5. Less interest in quality of work.

Awesome product but will not go far, does not have funding probably because the boss is unlikeable and evil honestly.

Terrible boss| Will scream and shout at you. Everyone is scared of him. Working here will give you mental health issues. Very very high turnover rate. employees come in from upwork and leave soon after realising there is no structure or get abused.
