Pros
Great work life balance, lots of extra days off outside of regular vacation. Engaging work that has an actual positive impact on people and the environment. The people are great and even while working from home, the work culture was kept alive.
Cons
No major cons, but more feedback and celebration after finished larger milestones would go a long way.
