Pros
- acceptable environment - your opinion is effective and heard so you will have the feeling of the engagement - the manger like to debate and take the right opinion there is no force in technical issues ( most of the time ) - permissions to leave or absence for any occasion is very acceptable without deduction from salary
Cons
- some times you will face a really high pressure that you can't handle and it's out of hand - a very long extra time ( optional of you negotiate about it -- but it`s very generous in payment ) - at some point, you will be stuck in systematic so there is no huge variety
