      Great lunch discounts and flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Management has to have their hand in every little detail of the business because they don't trust their employees to make decisions. Management won't listen to anybody but themselves. If you want to work in a place where your opinions, thoughts, and work are valued, then you might want to look elsewhere because you won't find it here. The culture is very one-minded and not open for creativity or innovation. This has led to the company being stagnant and is no longer growing. If you are looking to be able to move up the corporate ladder, you won't find it here.

      Pros

      Alexander's has fantastic customer service and products. Jeff Alexander is a good man who wants to provide excellent service to his customers, and for the most part the company does. Quality is of extreme importance, which makes it easy to talk to people and always have confidence that they will get a great product if they buy from you. Lunch program for employees provides a catered lunch 4 days per week for a very small daily cost to employees. Great parties for employees and customers.
