Pros
1- The people are not bad 2- Environment is more nature based as different from other hospitals as you can see chickens, small wildlife here.
Cons
1-Because this hospital is smaller compared to others, you need to do anything and everything. 2- High turn over rate, the people keep changing, sometimes hard to get things done as the info isn’t properly handed over to the next person. 3- Affected morale when you see people leave constantly. 4- Bosses don’t know your workload and keep assigning work to you with the reason to ‘train/ expand your work exposure’. 5- Sometimes not much work life balance, on leave or mc still need to clear work if not you will drown when you are back, though that is up to individual. People will still contact you when on leave/MC. 6- Not much food selection 7- Incompetent leaders 8- Due to higher workload, the interaction with other colleagues face to face isnt as much, one can just come to the desk, sit and work all the way and go home. 9- No clear structure, everything is all over the place, processes isnt clear, diff dept doing things differently, try to push work to others.
