- Lack of tolerance for complacency... if you're looking to cruise and be laid back about progress, this is not the place. - Aggressive, but not unreasonable, growth targets.

- Genuinely great people: kind, smart, and collaborative - Huge opportunities for growth and learning if you’re proactive - You get real ownership; your work and decisions actually matter

- Expectations aren’t always explicitly laid out - Performance-based decisions can lead to sudden changes, including layoffs - Not ideal if you need high stability or clearly defined structure
