Pros
The market is ripe to explode and Algorand seems to have a product/market fit. Lots of smart employees in the company as well.
Cons
The CEO is a complete mess. It's well know he was absent at Fuze by midday, showed up late morning because he was out partying all the time with his friends he employed. He was so out of control and in the gutter he missed an incredible opportunity to make that into a great company and was run out of town; after he lost a GTM team that could have taken the company to a market leadership position. He is doing the same thing here and it's scary.
