      Pros

      1. Happy and positive environment in the company. 2. Ever smiling people 3. Exciting project with indian and foreign clients. 4. Always open to share and learn. 5. Comfortable with working hours. 6. Flexibility. 7. Good maternity leave structure 8. Paternity leave too 9. Small pantry maintained by the company which is very useful. 10. Enjoying the coffee machine now 11. Quarterly awards to recognition and encouragement.

      Cons

      Its not easy to make people happy, so unhappy folks will say bad things about them. I have seen lots of people completing their 3rd 4th and 5th year in the company. They stayed because they are happy and they enjoy working in this company, not at gun point. They try their best to listen and execute. Still learning at each phase.

      The company's growing fast, . Better compensation to be competitive. Working on latest IT Skill set, few companies are in NCR working on Similar project . Management is very help full more employee oriented . recommended to friends and colleague

      Cons

      This is not a negative for me as we are growing rapidly and building the framework of this organization . as per me is vary person to person ..
